The Front Desk will gladly assist you with your needs!
The front desk initially handles all calls. If you are seriously ill your phone call will be triage to a nurse or a doctor immediately. You will be asked your name, date of birth and what you wish to have addressed. Having this information allows us to contact you sooner and address your problem more promptly. Doctors and nurses return all phone calls during the day, as time permits or prior to leaving for the evening. Please call back if your phone call was not returned by that evening.
After hours our “on-call” doctor is available for EMERGENCIES ONLY. The doctor can be reached by calling 512-467-5225 and the call will be forwarded to the medical exchange.
If you are new to our practice, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out forms and sign paperwork. New patients that do not call to cancel a first appointment are considered a “No-show” and are not allowed to schedule future appointments. We appreciate all patient arriving a few minutes early so that we are able to see all patients at their scheduled times. New patients should bring their insurance cards and a list of all medications in use to the first visit.
Every time you visit us, we ask that you update any of your contact information or insurance information.
