The Front Desk will gladly assist you with your needs!

Telephone Calls:

The front desk initially handles all calls. If you are seriously ill your phone call will be triaged to a nurse or a doctor immediately. You will be asked your name, date of birth and what you wish to have addressed. Having this information allows us to contact you sooner and address your problem more promptly. Doctors and nurses return all phone calls during the day, as time permits or prior to leaving for the evening. Please call back if your phone call was not returned by that evening.

If you are new to our practice, please arrive 30 minutes early to fill out forms and sign paperwork. New patients that do not call to cancel a first appointment are considered a “No-show” and are not allowed to schedule future appointments. We appreciate all patients arriving a few minutes early so that we are able to see all patients at their scheduled times. New patients should bring their insurance cards and a list of all medications in use to the first visit.

Every time you visit us, we ask that you update any of your contact information or insurance information.

Regular Clinic Hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 7 am – 5 pm

Urgent Care Hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 5 pm – 6 pm (Effective 8/28/23)
  • Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm
  • Sunday: CLOSED

For urgent care appointments, a $20.00 fee will apply in addition to the regular office visit fee. If your insurance plan does not cover the after-hours fee, you will be responsible for it.

A co-payment is due at the time of service.

All patients will need to present their current insurance card to the front office staff at EVERY appointment. This new requirement is due to the recent shifts in all insurances policies.
